Jenny's passion for Early Childhood Care and Education is infectious. Jenny's vision for a high quality centre is brought to life at The Tree Hut. Jenny goes above and beyond for every child and family with no hesitation. Jenny has experience as a Incredible Years parenting course facilitator and is a registered rapid transformational therapist. Jenny ensures that every child feels loved, secure and is confident with a strong sense of belonging at The Tree Hut Preschool.

Joie Inch

Owner/Manager

Graduate Diploma of Teaching 

Bachelor of Nursing

Joie has experience not only as an Early Childhood educator, but as a nurse and a Well-Child nurse. This brings a balance from the health and education perspective ensuring current research is implemented, guaranteeing all children learn and grow holistically.  Her passion for the natural world enhances all our experiences throughout the Tree Hut Programme, drawing on the beauty of the world around us to create an enticing and exciting environment.

Jane Rzucidlo

Registered Teacher

Jane brings with her a wealth of experience, teaching in secondary, primary and early childhood. Jane's respectful nature ensures every child is treated as the individual they are, always being challenged to extend their thinking and problem solving skills in a fun and engaging way while nurturing an understanding of our place in the wider world.

Emma Martin

Emma is full of fun and enthusiasm. She develops meaningful connections with all tamariki and their whanau growing trusting relationships with all. She helps tamariki feel safe and secure while using clever questioning to trigger children's critical thinking and sense of wonder in the world.

Di Dixon

Registered Teacher
Graduate Diploma of Teaching

Di has experience in secondary and primary teaching, but was born for early childhood. Her caring, warm and nurturing nature grows children's self esteem and understanding that they are valued members of society who make a difference. Her artistic flair encourages children's individuality and confidence.

Jodi Cleaver

Teacher

Jodi brings security and stability to children's days. Jodi has strong community links and a deep understanding of what challenges and triumphs our preschool community encounter. Her consistent and understanding approach ensures tamariki and their whanau feel confident and understood, always feeling welcomed and safe.
